The HyperPod Family is primarily composed of three main modules: Data Hall and HVAC Module, Electrical Room, and Redundant Electrical Room (Catcher). In addition, there are complementary modules such as TelcoBlock (Meet Me Room/MMR) and PowerBlock (Electrical Center/Medium Voltage), which can be deployed and commissioned in up to six months.¹

Whether for a single Hyperscale deployment or multiple sites, HyperPod ensures expansion with high availability and superior performance.

Data Hall and
HVAC Module

Specifications:

  • Module compatible with 60 racks in 2 rows (30+30), with an average capacity of 10 kW per rack;
  • Custom PDU strips with redundancy according to the Electrical Room configurations;
  • Hot and cold aisle containment system for improved efficiency;
  • Precision HVAC system in Continuous Cooling mode, redundant topology (N+1), temperature and humidity control, up-flow air supply, and dual feed via ATS;
  • Fire detection and suppression system with FK5112 agent (NOVEC 1230) and VESDA technology;
  • Structure for installation of condensers above the HVAC cooling room, with guardrails and access via ladder;
  • Various construction options for Data Hall walls and base.

Specifications:

  • UPS and VRLA battery bank to support 600 kW critical loads;
  • Supports 1 MiniPod of 600 kW;
  • UPS and VRLA battery bank to support mechanical loads in Continuous Cooling mode;
  • MSB panel for Load Bank;
  • Redundancy options N+C or N+2C, according to client preference;
  • Precision HVAC system in Continuous Cooling mode, redundant topology (N+1), temperature and humidity control, up-flow air supply, and dual feed via ATS;
  • Fire detection and suppression system with FK5112 agent (NOVEC 1230) and VESDA technology;
  • STS (Static Transfer Switch);
  • RPP (Power Distribution Panels).

Redundant Electrical Room Module
(Catcher)

Specifications:

  • UPS and VRLA battery bank to support 600 kW critical loads;
  • UPS and VRLA battery bank to support mechanical loads in Continuous Cooling mode;
  • Low-voltage electrical panels with plug-in breakers supporting the STS of the Electrical Rooms according to the configuration of each deployment phase (2 to 12);
  • RPP (Power Distribution Panels) associated with STS, according to each adopted configuration;
  • Fire detection and suppression system with FK5112 agent (NOVEC 1230) and VESDA technology;
  • Redundant Electrical Room Module (Catcher) with N+C and N+2C topologies, acting as redundancy for the Electrical Room in up to three configurations, providing high availability.
